Outlined below are the minimum hardware and software specifications for accessing Class applications, including client view from any device.
Whilst the Class application runs in a browser you must use a machine that equals or exceeds the minimum hardware specification to achieve performance levels.

As the Class application is a cloud application it requires good internet connectivity to achieve performance levels.

Class supplies a number of utilities (e.g. Excel Fund Loader, Excel Transaction Loader and the BGL2TMS transitions tool) that have the following Excel requirements based on the operating system of the device being used. To use the Class utilities, you must enable Macros within Excel.

If you are using the BGL2TMS tool to transition your funds from BGL to Class you will need the latest .NET framework installed and you may need to enter Proxy Server details to allow access to https://tms.class.com.au. |
[1] The Class application may run on a lower specification machine, but such a configuration is neither supported nor recommended.
[2] Recommended Browsers means that these browser versions are routinely tested as part of our regular testing process.
[3] Internet Explorer Compatibility Mode is not supported.
[4] Safari is only supported on Mac OS X and iOS platforms, not on Windows OS.
