The PE Capital Yield Fund (‘THE Y Fund’) is an alternative asset, active fixed interest and property development fund which blends a high weighting to domestic cash and fixed interest funds with a smaller allocation to commercial and retail property development funding, via the PE Capital Property Development Opportunities Fund (the P1 Fund).
